You are technically responsible for the backend of our AI platform.

Your focus is on system architecture, AI integration and long-term product quality.

Tasks Architecture and further development of our Python backend with a focus on AI systems.

Design and implementation of rag architectures for productive use cases.

Development and maintenance of AI pipelines (ingestion, retrieval, context control, inference).

Design and orchestration of agent workflows including condition and error handling.

Evaluate trade-offs between quality, latency, cost and scalability.

Ensuring stability, monitoring and long-term maintainability.

Qualification Required Several years of experience in backend engineering with Python .

Very good understanding of scalable backend architectures and APIs.
