Job Description Responsible for creating CRM campaigns for the entire lifecycle of our users, including automation and ad hoc communications.

Create the strategy and framework for rapid testing in CRM channels Manage the development and execution of email campaigns from start to finish.

Includes work and collaboration with the regional CRM team and designers.

Structure and monitor complex journeys, triggers and automations with static and dynamic content.

Create flows of the user purchase process that generate conversation and engagement.

Analyze campaign results, develop benchmarks and reports.

Preferably more than 2 years of experience in CRM, customer marketing or customer engagement.
