Contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer experience through the comprehensive resolution of requests from the first contact or, when the complexity of the case requires it, ensuring a timely and effective follow-up until its correct solution.
What willyou do in Albo? Manage customer interactions through the different service channels (ticketer, instant messaging, calls and virtual meetings), ensuring compliance with established operating procedures (SOPs) and maintaining a high standard of service quality.
Main Activities Provide written attention to customers with a high quality standard, taking care of spelling, drafting and clarity in each interaction, and complying with standardized operating processes.
Accurately identify the client's needs, making decisions within the responsibility framework of the position and escalating in a timely and strategic manner those cases that represent an impact on the client.
