You build up controlling from the ground up – and turn gut instinct and Excel spreadsheets into real, data-based control.

You report directly to the management, have full room for manoeuvre and become the central point for all commercial questions.

Build up controlling tasks:

Establish KPI scorecard and single source of truth, ongoing run rate, budget planning and rolling forecast with scenarios KPI control:

Build up a dashboard with the relevant key figures (CAC, MER, advertising cost ratio, contribution margin after advertising) Liquidity & cash: rolling
