Our Client And The Role Freelance / Contract | Remote (UK Time Zone Preferred) Overview We are seeking an experienced Content Creator to develop engaging learning, enablement, and communication content for enterprise audiences.

This role combines instructional design, content strategy, storytelling, and content development.

You'll be responsible for transforming complex information into clear, practical, and engaging content that helps people learn, perform, and achieve business outcomes.

The ideal candidate is a strong writer, skilled at simplifying technical or complex subject matter, and comfortable working with AI tools to enhance productivity and quality.

Content Strategy & Storytelling Transform complex products, services, processes, and business concepts into engaging audience-focused content.

Analyse briefs and ask insightful questions to understand:

Target audience Business objectives Desired behavioural outcomes Success measures Content constraints and requirements Recommend effective content formats, including:

Learning materials Job aids Decision trees Playbooks Talk tracks Scenario-based learning Demonstrations Develop clear narrative structures that maintain engagement and support practical application.

Learning & Enablement Content Development Create a Variety Of Content Types, Including Training presentations and slide decks Learning resources and job aids Sales enablement materials Playbooks and toolkits E-learning scripts and module content Video scripts and storyboards Infographics and visual learning content (working alongside designers where required) You will apply adult learning principles to ensure content is relevant, practical, and easy to implement. AI-Enhanced Content Creation AI should form part of your professional workflow.

Include Using AI tools to support research, outlining, drafting, iteration, and content refinement.

Validating all AI-assisted outputs for:

Accuracy Tone Inclusivity Brand alignment Using AI to improve clarity, challenge assumptions, strengthen examples, and enhance learner engagement.

Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to project-specific AI usage guidelines.

Subject Matter Translation Convert complex technical, product, or business information into practical, audience-friendly content.

Brand & Messaging Consistency Ensure all content aligns with established brand guidelines, tone of voice, and messaging frameworks.

Maintain consistency across terminology, formatting, and narrative structure.

Deliver concise content that meets defined consumption goals without sacrificing quality or clarity.

Collaboration Participate in project briefings and stakeholder discussions.

Work closely with project leads, designers, learning specialists, and subject matter experts.

Identify risks, gaps, or ambiguities early and proactively recommend solutions.

Collaborate effectively using Google Workspace and shared documentation environments.

Quality Assurance Incorporate feedback quickly and accurately.

Maintain high standards of quality across all deliverables.

Conduct final reviews to ensure:

Proven experience creating learning, training, enablement, or educational content for enterprise or B2B audiences.

Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Demonstrated experience incorporating AI tools into content creation workflows.

Sales enablement or customer enablement content development.

Learning & Development (L&D) experience. E-learning script writing and LMS content development.
