Tasks Check, assign and record vendor invoices and transactions; research and provide missing documents; carry out clearing, split postings and account reconciliation as well as reconcile bank/payment transactions Correctly periodise postings by service date; check and record sales and input tax according to country; prepare VAT wage, KK contributions, AAG and EEG; prepare data from Shopify/Pathway for France Preparing documents fully and on time for tax consultants by the 5th of the following month Qualification Several years of experience in accounting with large volumes (400–800+ invoices/transactions monthly); secure knowledge in clearing, split postings and account reconciliation Deep understanding of sales/input tax and periodic assignment (DACH region) Secure in Excel ; basic knowledge in cloud tools and digital processes Reliability, care
