Tasks The employee is employed as a Growth Marketing Manager (m/f/d) and is responsible for the planning, implementation, management and continuous optimization of all marketing and growth measures of FITYES GmbH.

The aim of the activity is to sustainably increase brand awareness, attract new members, generate qualified franchise prospects and support the company's growth.

The tasks of the employee include in particular:

Development, planning and implementation of marketing, communication and growth strategies Conception, creation and optimization of performance marketing campaigns via digital and classic channels Creation, processing and publication of photo, video, graphic and social media content Development and implementation of advertisements, funnels, landing pages and lead generation measures Analysis, evaluation and optimization of relevant marketing key figures and campaign results Planning and implementation of A/B tests as well as data-driven optimization measures Supervision, maintenance and further development of all social media channels of the employer Support
