dreammachine builds tools that bring people together and meet their cultural and self-fulfilling needs.

We are concerned with networking, matching, self-determination and the activation of creative will: people find each other through their interests and dreams, implement projects together and are actively accompanied by AI.

We want to connect and empower – so that people can achieve what they really want.

Our core product is the dreammachine platform – a collaborative network for a maker community, where synergy is created through connection and collaboration and the whole becomes more than the sum of its parts.

In addition, we operate KulturRadar, an AI culture assistant that recommends suitable events for people in their city and thus introduces them to culture and community.

Both products contribute to the same idea: activating people, networking and putting them into action in a self-determined way.

We are a young, innovative and consciously flexible startup.

We work completely remotely and meet physically from time to time – we don't have a fixed office.

Our culture is open, appreciative and plural, our way of working agile: build, test, rebuild, retest.

The team consists of three founders from the fields of games, code, visual effects and science, supplemented by a full-stack developer and an intern from application development – as well as a Silicon Valley veteran as an advisor.

Until seed financing, we remunerate this position in virtual shares.

We discuss scope and vesting transparently and individually – matching the role, commitment and timing of your entry. A later addition of a salary component with progressive financing is expressly provided for.

We are also looking for someone in the field of Outreach & Partnerships This position is deliberately tailored to Marketing & Growth – but at the same time we are also looking for someone as Head of Outreach & Partnerships.

Both roles work hand in hand.
