We have been working profitably since day 1, growing dynamically and want to be found in one million kitchens by 2030.

To achieve this, we think performance marketing and branding from a single source.

And for this, we are now looking for you as Head of Marketing & Growth (f/m/d) (German-speaking, from now on, hybrid in Berlin or remote).

Responsibility for revenue and marketing efficiency :

You take responsibility for our future growth and the continued profitability of our brand.

This includes continuing to position itself emotionally as a high-end brand and covering the entire keyboard of the performance channels.

Together with our co-founders, you will further develop the marketing strategy and work on continuous implementation.

You develop and establish processes and structures that enable further growth.

You lead a team of three and expand it in the long term.

You lead on an equal footing and promote the individual development of your team members.

Hands-on implementation:

Together with your team, agencies and freelancers, you implement the strategy in campaigns
