As a Junior Urban Development Specialist (m/f/d), you will provide our clients with professional, digital feasibility studies on their projects.

As part of the Professional Services team at syte, you translate urban complexity into building law-based, clearly communicated analyses – with an architectural view and the right digital tool in your hand.

Feasibility studies from A to Z:

You are responsible for analysis orders independently – from the building law examination according to §34 BauGB and BauNVO to area calculations (GFZ, GRZ, BGF, living space) to the final delivery to the customer.

Modeling & Visualization:

You develop cubatures and mass studies, incl.

Profitability calculations and visualizations and translates results into professional customer documents. AI-powered workflows:

You work with digital and AI tools (including Claude) as well as specialized research agents.

We automate what can be automated – you focus on professional depth and quality.

Direct customer contact:

You independently carry out kickoff and review appointments with our customers, understand their ub Membership, physiotherapy, holiday trips, etc.
