Performance Marketer (m/w/d) - Meta Ads × AI × Creative Strategy | High-AOV E-Commerce

Most performance marketers can do one out of three.

We're looking for someone to connect all three.

You manage meta ads accounts for high-priced e-commerce products from several hundred euros AOV, long purchase decisions, complex customer journeys.

You control according to business figures (CAC, contribution margin, MER), not according to platform roas.

With us, sometimes the roas in the ad manager drops as the customer's business grows.

If you understand why this can be right, you've come to the right place.

AI - used correctly.

We are an AI-native agency.

This means our own MCP connection to the ad accounts, automated audits and anomaly detection, self-built skills for angle development and script construction.

You should not use these tools like a form, but rather guide them like an instrument:

AI takes over the how (structuring analyses, building variants, combing through data), the hypothesis - the what - remains yours.

Anyone who builds every analysis by hand is too slow for us.

Anyone who submits every decision to the AI produces the same output that every competitor with the same model also gets.

Creative Strategy.
