Tasks • Direct search for candidates by phone, WhatsApp and through portals • Construction and management of the longlist on the target areas • Knowledge interviews and qualification of profiles • Contacts with branches of employment agencies and local networks • Accompaniment of candidates until the interview with the company

• Italian mother tongue, at least good German • Residence in South Tyrol or Trentino — you really know the territory •

with worker and technical profiles: production, shift workers, maintenance.

Not IT recruiting • Prefer to call rather than write, and withstand high contact volumes • Knowledge of the world of administration, ideally matured in the branch • Active VAT number or willingness to open it
