Tasks Your focus is on recruiting – at the same time, you want to develop yourself on the sales side.

You manage your recruiting projects from A to Z.

You find talent via active sourcing, LinkedIn, databases & recruiting campaigns .

You conduct interviews and guide candidates through the entire process.

You develop new sourcing ideas when the classic way doesn't work.

You work directly with our customers in the DACH region.

You will further develop customer relationships and recognise new potential.

You keep CRM, pipeline and follow-ups under control.

You contribute your own ideas – and have the freedom to implement them.

Qualification You … already have experience in recruiting or recruiting, know active sourcing and enjoy finding the right talents, are communicative and can build relationships with candidates and customers, work independently and do not need anyone to write you your to-do list in the morning, think in terms of solutions instead
