(Senior) CRM / Lifecycle Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

Your task retention decides whether the first purchase becomes a relationship over the entire dog and cat life and exactly this playing field belongs to you.

You get ownership via Lifecycle CRM with 7 strong pet food brands :

You are responsible for our automations and campaigns from the idea to go-live - with modern tools, a lot of creative freedom and direct impact.

You work independently, make decisions and improve quickly based on results.

You build, support and optimise Klaviyo flows and campaigns for all 7 brands in parallel (including Wolfsblut, Herrmann's Manufaktur, pets Premium) - from welcome flow to reactivation.

You are responsible for email as the core channel.

We are expanding other channels such as print mailings, WhatsApp, SMS and RCS in the future - here you bring in cross-channel thinking.

You bring measures live independently and iterate on the basis of results.

Speed before perfection :

You test, measure and sharpen quickly.

You turn data into concrete measures:

RFM, segments, product and engagement data, animal profiles, predictions (rebuy, CLV, churn) become a personalised, relevant approach for you.

Storytelling is your strength :

When it comes to production and scaling, modern tools and automation support you - you put the igniting hookline, the initial design briefing and the emotional approach on the blank page.
