In doing so, you design, control and optimise campaigns to generate high-quality B2B leads in close cooperation with marketing and sales.

Your tasks Conception, implementation and ongoing optimisation of performance marketing campaigns to generate qualified B2B leads Planning and realisation of targeted lead generation activities along the digital customer journey Control and further development of relevant advertising channels such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads and other platforms Evaluation of campaign results based on key indicators, such as conversion rate, cost per lead and quality of the generated leads Continuous improvement of landing pages, advertisements, target group approaches and digital conversion processes Development and optimisation of structured processes for lead processing in close coordination with sales Planning and implementation of tests to sustainably increase campaign and lead performance Analysis of current developments in the market, competition and advertising channels and derivation of corresponding recommendations for action Your qualifications Multi-year professional practice in performance marketing, lead generation, growth marketing or digital marketing Ideally experience in a SaaS company or a comparable digital marketing
