BlueCommunity is a B2B SaaS and service company for the German pharmacy market.

We digitize customer communication from pharmacies via WhatsApp, smartphone pages and other services and combine modern tools with personal support.

To expand our operational team, we are looking for a structured, technically affine person who is independently responsible for our customer projects and who gradually takes over the agency-related implementation.

Tasks Overall responsibility for the operational support and technical fulfillment of all customer projects (Blue Digital) Independent implementation of technical onboarding via video call — Setup of WhatsApp-based SuperChat accounts including meta verification Setup, control and optimization of WhatsApp/SuperChat setups (accounts, verification, WABA) Responsibility for sending WhatsApp newsletters including scheduling, recipient lists and error handling Sighting, quality control and maintenance of smartphone pages before going live and in the event of changes Central technical contact person for customers via the WhatsApp groups and by e-mail, independent processing and resolution of incoming inquiries and problems Control of marketing materials for spelling and compliance with design requirements Smaller tasks in the Blue Hub (including coupon display) Coordination, prioritization and tracking of all tasks, timelines and deadlines in ClickUp including clean
