We are now looking for a UGC Manager/ Creative Strategist (m/f/d) - Mannheim Tasks You take over the communication with our content creators and accompany them from onboarding to inquiries to the implementation of ongoing UGC projects You maintain and expand our creator pool, view applications and support the sourcing of new suitable content creators Unfold your creativity:

Write creative briefings for UGC, recut projects and high-quality shoots in which you can fully contribute your strategic and creative skills Coordinate feedback loops, check created content and ensure that our quality standards are met For larger HQ productions, you support the team in pre-planning and accompany shoots on site if necessary (Berlin or Mannheim) Qualification You have at least 1 year of experience as a Creative Strategist
