Team Leadership & Personnel Development Leadership & Mentoring:

First point of contact for the team, conducting Weeklys with your team members and promoting professional and human development.

Team Quality Assurance:

Regular deep dive reviews in team members' accounts to identify potential and improve performance.

Resource Management:

Monitoring the direct cooperation with Sergej, the managing director Steile Lernkurve through further training opportunities through our years of experience in SEA and web analytics and annual visits to trade fairs or training courses.

Long customer loyalty makes it possible to deal very deeply with our customers and their processes in order to grow together with the customers.

Maximum 5 customers per employee.

Quarterly multi-day meetings with the whole team for joint work, workshops and team-building activities.

Home office (within Germany) with option to come to the office in Hamburg.
