About this role
We are in search of an Educational
and Continuous Improvement Analyst, whose mission will be to improve the educational experience of students through comprehensive claims management and continuous process improvement.
What will your mission be? Manage complaints in a comprehensive manner, reception, analysis, categorization, monitoring and resolution, ensuring clear, empathetic and personalized communication with students, teachers and coordinators.
In turn, contribute to the continuous improvement of the educational experience by identifying opportunities for improvement, the functional validation of adjustments in Moodle and accompanying the implementation of improvements on the platform.
We present some tasks of the challenge Comprehensively manage complaints and incidents reported by students, ensuring their correct reception, analysis, documentation, categorization, monitoring and resolution.
Identify root causes and propose corrective actions and improvement opportunities aimed at optimizing the educational experience and preventing recurrences.
Coordinate the resolution of cases with internal areas, especially those linked to content, pedagogical proposals or learning experiences, articulating actions together with the Instructional Design team.
Communicate findings, improvement opportunities and recommendations to coordinators, teachers and teams involved,
