Active identification and acquisition of new customers in the enterprise segment as well as in the public sector through self-acquisition and cooperation with ServiceNow and partners Solution Selling:

Recording data protection (GDPR) and sovereignty-related pain points as well as positioning the Sovereign ServiceNow Cloud as an optimal operating solution Pipeline management:

Self-responsible control of the entire sales cycle from initial contact via complex tendering procedures to the successful conclusion of a contract Networking:

Strategic expansion of partnerships within the ServiceNow ecosystem (including with consulting partners and implementers) Qualification Sales DNA:

Demonstrable success in the acquisition of new customers in the IT service or
