Reporting to the Real EstateEngineeringDepartment, you will be in charge of monitoring the Real EstateTransactions marketed, from the actability until the end of the first lease, with the developer and management partners in order to monitor compliance with the commitments made and inform the wealth management advisors.

Your main missions:

Participate in the organization for the rental and management of marketed lots - Follow-up and transmission of management proposals - Follow-up of the signatures of management mandates and their invoicing to partners - Transmit to the manager the information necessary for the rental and delivery of the program - Ensure the communication of reliable information on any change that has occurred since the commercial launch on the product as part of the Rental Assistance File (DAL) Monitor the progress of operations and carry out the necessary actions
