Tasks Your tasks:

You build smart campaigns and flows that are more than usual 08/15 drivel.

From personalized emails to WhatsApp to print mailings, everything will be there.

However, your focus is clearly on email marketing, the rest we can also teach you.

You ensure that existing customers are not forgotten, but buy regularly, stay active and celebrate the brand.

You segment the target groups cleverly, find the right trigger points and skills match our needs.

We will usually get back to you within a maximum of 3 working days.

If your application convinces us, we invite you to a 30-minute video call.

The aim is to get to know you personally, to learn more about your motivation and at the same time to tell you more about us, our team and our way of working.

In order to better assess your skills, we may ask you to complete a short test after the call.

This task simulates typical projects from our everyday work.

You'll have plenty of time to work on it in the next few days.

In a second interview, we discuss the results of the test task, clarify open questions and deepen certain topics – be it questions about your way of working, your wishes for us or our expectations of you.

If both sides feel good, we will send you a binding offer.
