Based in Byron Bay, we have big growth plans for 2026 and are building a warm, collaborative remote team where your contributions truly matter.

The Role We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service Agent to support our customers across email , chat, and social channels.

You’ll help solve issues, process orders and returns, and ensure every customer interaction leaves a positive impression.

What You’ll Do Respond to customer inquiries quickly and professionally via Gorgias Process returns, refunds, and order amendments in Shopify/Loop Escalate issues when needed and keep clear ticket notes Participate in team training, QA, and meetings Meet daily productivity and quality standards What We’re Looking For 1–3 years eCommerce customer service experience Strong written English and professional communication

with Shopify, Gorgias, Cin7, Loop (or similar) Reliable, detail-oriented, and great at time management Bonus Points

with multi-channel support or returns platforms Hours / Location Full-time (5 days/week) including occasional weekends, Sydney hours (AEST).
