The Role Weâre looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service Agent to support our customers across email , chat, and social channels.
Youâll help solve issues, process orders and returns, and ensure every customer interaction leaves a positive impression.
What Youâll Do Respond to customer inquiries quickly and professionally via Gorgias Process returns, refunds, and order amendments in Shopify/Loop Escalate issues when needed and keep clear ticket notes Participate in team training, QA, and meetings Meet daily productivity and quality standards What Weâre Looking For 1â3 years eCommerce customer service experience Strong written English and professional communication
with Shopify, Gorgias, Cin7, Loop (or similar) Reliable, detail-oriented, and great at time management Bonus Points
with multi-channel support or returns platforms Hours / Location Full-time (5 days/week) including occasional weekends, Sydney hours (AEST).
