Customer Service Agent - dentolo (all genders) - remote

In order to further advance digital health protection and give even more people access to meaningful preventive care, we are further expanding our customer service team for our dentolo (brand for supplementary dental tariffs) product.

That is why we are now looking for a new empathetic customer service agent (all genders) with a weekly working time (Monday to Friday) of (exclusively) 40 hours.

Ideally, your place of residence should be in the Berlin/Brandenburg area - if this is not the case, you are still welcome to apply (working from home is possible)!

in our customer communications team: handling inquiries via inbound and outbound telephony, email, and chat.

Customer support:

As a first contact, you will assist our customers with any questions they may have.

With your product expertise, you'll help existing customers answer their needs and inquiries about their dental tariffs.

Knowledge management:

You will support the development and further development of our digital knowledge database.

Process optimisation and automation:

You make an important contribution to improving and optimising our processes and the customer journey in the area of customer success.

Your profile Customer support experience:

You have already gained experience in customer service or similar customer-facing areas.

Organizational talent and teamwork:

You have organizational and communication skills.

Your team spirit, paired with your and financial security to protect customers and their loved ones from unexpected costs.
