Project description:
As a Customer Success Manager (m/f/d), you take responsibility for customer projects from planning to successful implementation.
You build strong, long-term customer relationships and develop them strategically.
You will grow professionally with your tasks and develop step by step into a B2B marketing expert and have the opportunity to take on more responsibility and advance into further roles if you develop accordingly.
Tasks Your tasks:
You manage our customer projects end-to-end and keep everything together with tools like Asana.
You take responsibility for our customer relationships and further develop projects strategically.
You accompany our customers from the first kick-off to reporting and are their most important contact person in the project.
You develop effective strategies for lead generation and drive implementation with your team.
You present your strategies convincingly and win our customers over to your ideas and concepts.
You keep an eye on KPIs, timelines and results at all times and ensure that projects make measurable progress.
