Tasks Planning, creation and support of social media ads (Meta Ads – Facebook & Instagram, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads) Analysis and optimization of ongoing campaigns (performance, target groups, budgets) Support in the maintenance and posting of organic contributions on our channels Close coordination with our team on content, goals and budget use Qualification First experience in the placement and evaluation of social media ads (e.g. from studies, agency or projects) Understanding of target groups, conversion and campaign structures Sense of good design and appealing texts Independent, structured way of working and enjoyment of digital topics Laptop/PC already available
