Valkental is an e-commerce company founded in 2020 in the field of outdoor and bicycle accessories.
Over 300,000 customers already trust our products and over 100,000 of them are active subscribers who interact with us on a regular basis.
We are a team of just under 15 people with an average age of 28.

We want to make Valkental one of the most relevant outdoor brands in Germany.

Tasks You build our email marketing from the ground up.
With real responsibility and direct impact on sales.
Our starting point: a well-maintained list of over 100,000 active subscribers, which has so far hardly been monetised.
Your job is to change that.
You continuously optimize existing email flows (e.g. post-purchase) via A/B test and improve open rate, click-through rate and sales You plan and independently implement campaigns (from the idea to shipping) You analyze performance data in Klaviyo and Shopify and derive concrete measures from it You research what really moves our customers (via data, Amazon reviews and market observation) and develop campaign ideas that sell You create email designs in Figma together with our media designer
