People · Places · Performance is the recruitment consultancy of Sandra Lochmann with a focus on the Alpine region — Bavaria, Tyrol, South Tyrol, Trentino. I work directly with industrial customers in the region and am looking for freelance reinforcement in the direct approach of commercial professionals for an ongoing project.

Small team, short distances, you work directly with me.

Tasks • Direct contact with candidates by telephone, WhatsApp and via portals • Development and maintenance of the longlist for the target regions • Conduct initial interviews and qualify profiles • Maintain contact with temporary employment branches and local networks • Candidate support up to the interview with the customer Qualification • Italian as a native language, German at least solid • Residence in South Tyrol or Trentino — you really know the region •

with commercial profiles: production, shift, engineering.

No IT sourcing • You prefer to make calls rather than write and maintain high contact numbers • Knowledge of the somministrazione landscape, ideally from an agency branch • Self-employed with Partita IVA or ready to open them
