Freelance Product Manager (f/m/d) - Billing & ERP - 3 to 6 months The Arsipa Group is a fast-growing group of companies in the field of Health, Safety & Environment, supported by Warburg Pincus.

Our goal: to be one of the leading providers in the German-speaking market - supported by central functions such as finance, HR, marketing and IT in Berlin.

For the further development of our software solution ginisuite, we are looking for freelance support for a temporary product project.

The project is scheduled to start on 01.10.2026.

The planned project duration is initially three to six months .

The ginisuite is our specially developed ERP/PVS solution for occupational medicine and occupational safety.

The project focuses on the professional and product development of selected modules in the areas of contract management, billing, time recording and accounting .

The project content includes the analysis of existing specialist processes, rich for the project are also:

in SaaS-, platform- or ERP-related projects Knowledge of cloud-based platforms, APIs, integrations or distributed systems Understanding of software architecture, microservices or container-based system landscapes

in dealing with legacy systems and migrations between existing and target systems Project experience in multi-entity, private equity, buy& build or comparable growth environments Knowledge in the areas of occupational health & safety, occupational medicine or occupational safety Interim, freelancer or consulting experience in the product management environment Framework of the project:

Freelance cooperation on a project basis Project start as of 01.10.2026 Project start of initially three to six months Project scope of approximately 30 to 40 hours per week Remote within Germany with independent time allocation Individual project-related appointments within Germany may be required if necessary and after prior coordination Remuneration on the basis of an individually agreed hourly or daily rate against invoicing Cooperation on the basis of clearly defined project objectives and project results, not in the context of a fixed appointment for this project:
