About this role
For project-related use, we are looking for freelance support in 1st level IT support.
The assignment is project-related and as required, the inbound call service is divided according to agreement.
You take over the telephone first point of contact for users with IT issues and ensure fast, friendly and solution-oriented processing of incoming inquiries.
Nearshoring within the EU is expressly welcome – reliable accessibility and very good knowledge of German are important.
Tasks Receiving and processing incoming calls (inbound) in 1st level support Recording, classification and prioritisation of faults and requests in the ticket system Initial analysis and solution of standard problems (e.g. password resets, access rights, simple hardware and software questions) Forwarding of complex cases to 2nd/3rd level support including clean documentation Friendly, clear and service-oriented communication with callers Flexible assumption of shifts or time slots after prior consultation Qualification
in the IT and/or support area, ideally in 1st level IT support Very good German spoken and written skills are a mandatory prerequisite Basic technical understanding Friendly, patient and solution-oriented appearance on the phone Independent working method and reliability in project-related assignments Residence within the EU possible Own
