We are tenants – nationwide specialised in the professional optimisation of tenancies in poorly let residential properties.

For owners, we extract what is possible from existing holdings without forgetting the tenant side.

Our claim is the fair win-win solution: satisfied tenants, significantly increased property values (on average 30-40%) and a remuneration model that is 100% success-based.

More and more owners are putting their properties in our hands because rental negotiations require specialist knowledge that is difficult to build up internally.

We take over the entire process – from potential analysis to negotiation and digital documentation.

So that even more owners know about us, we are looking for you for our marketing in Munich.

Tasks You carry out operational marketing and ensure that we become visible to our target group (landlord) and that new leads for our sales can be planned.

Your North Star: more predictable info calls – from around 28 to around 34 per month in the second half of 2026, to 50+ per month in the medium term.

You own several channels with your own goals and control them via numbers, not via gut feeling.

You work closely with Ferdinand, one of the founders (tenancy is his fourth successful foundation in 10 years), as well as with the management and sales – with a lot of room for manoeuvre.

Mostly remote, as our team is scattered across Germany, but regularly personal cooperation with Ferdinand in Munich (about 1 day per week, the rest in the home office); travel several times a year to trade fairs and consulting days - experience has shown that a good mix of remote, on-site and joint events such as trade fairs and consulting days sounds like you?
