As a Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you help decide whether people get to know Finanzklar at all.

We're looking for someone who doesn't just show ads, but understands why some campaigns move people and others don't.

Tasks You plan, run and optimise our meta ads campaigns – from the target group to the budget to the daily evaluation of the figures.

At the same time, you develop the creatives: ad images, videos and texts that convey our message.

You bring two things together: you analyze numbers and understand what they mean – and you develop images and texts that really appeal to people.
