As a growth marketer for hero software, you are responsible for ensuring that even more retailers become aware of our apps.

You test new channels, run experiments, measure the results and scale what works – with a direct line to a team Tasks You test new channels and find out what works for our customers – and what doesn't You run experiments, measure the results and draw clear conclusions from them You scale what works and consistently finish what doesn't work You work across paid, SEO, content, email and social – you're not committed to a channel You touch it yourself, instead of just coordinating or building reports Qualification

in growth marketing or comparable practical experience in testing and scaling marketing measures A data-driven mindset – you make decisions based on numbers, not from the inside out Independence and desire to implement things yourself instead of just planning Ideally experience with Shopify or e-commerce Very good German and English skills
