Staffomatic is the digital platform for scheduling and time tracking, built for teams in hospitality, retail, events and more.

Thousands of companies in the DACH market use our product every day to plan shifts, coordinate processes and save time.

For our product team, we are looking for an experienced design personality who understands UX design as a strategic lever: someone who thinks through complex systems, connects user needs with business goals and understands AI not as a trend, but as a standard tool.

This means that you are already working faster and deeper today, in research synthesis, concept iteration and prototyping, than any classic setup.

Anyone who has only tried AI is wrong here.

Whoever works with it is right.

Tasks Conception & Discovery You are responsible for the entire design process from the first concept idea to go-live, in close coordination with product management and engineering.

With us, you work in a product trio.

You gather requirements from stakeholders, moderate discovery sessions, and translate complex technical and technical frameworks into user-centered concepts.

You design features that bring together user needs, business objectives, and technical reality.

In doing so, you independently bring perspectives on monetization to user research You plan and carry out qualitative and quantitative research: user interviews, usability tests, in-app surveys and more You evaluate results e, conferences and tools.
