About this role
CERTO is an inbound appointment setting service for B2B companies in the DACH market.
We call inbound leads, qualify them and book appointments for our customers.
No cold calling, no sales pressure. A small dedicated team with clear processes and genuine appreciation for good work.
Tasks You start in the morning with a list of inbound leads who have already been interested in a product or service.
You call them, conduct a short structured qualification interview and book an appointment directly into the customer's calendar.
You briefly document every call in our system and work independently within German business hours.
Qualification No sales experience required.
You should be communicative, like to talk to people and work reliably.
Fluent German is a prerequisite.
in customer contact or telephony is a plus but not a must.
You will receive a full training before your first call starts.
Fixed monthly salary.
