Tasks Your tasks as a venture builder at FounderBlocks Venture Responsibility:

Take responsibility for 20+ prospective founders and give them the tools through mentoring, accountability and feedback to get from idea to product-market fit as quickly as possible Strategic roadmapping:

After taking stock, you define the individual roadmap that is most likely to lead to product-market fit.

In weekly calls, you solve bottlenecks, eliminate “founder excuses” and define the next hard work packages.

Real-Time Support:

You are the first point of contact for our founders via chat/loom if there is a fire or strategic decisions are pending.

Your success is measured by measurable founder milestones and top-notch NPS ratings.
