The Louco app connects events, creators and ticketing in one platform.

Our goal is to help people discover exciting events, follow their favorite creator, and secure tickets easily and instantly.

For this purpose, we are looking for a working student or intern in the field of Product & Growth who will actively develop our app with us, take responsibility for CRM topics and at the same time keep an eye on relevant market and competitive developments.

With us, you will not receive any classic internship assignments.

Your ideas, analysis and feedback should directly contribute to making and developing the Louco app better.

Tasks 📱 Product & App Improvements You will be intensively involved with the Louco app and our entire user experience.

You analyse existing features and user flows and identify potential for improvement.

You develop concrete ideas for new features and optimisations.

You deal with central journeys such as event discovery, search, ticketing, waitlists, guestlists and creator profiles .

You analyse where users bounce off or where processes are unnecessarily complicated.

You test new features and releases from the point of view of our users.

You collect and structure feedback and of the feature, analyze it.

When users bounce at a certain point, find out why.

And if you have a better idea, bring it in.

You should not only support the Louco app – you should think, question and help shape it.
