Description £o We are looking for a new Mainoan for the Comex (Customer Relationship) Business Intelligence team.
You will act throughout the customer journey, from £o deployment to strategic support, ensuring autonomy, operational efficiency and the best experience with the Mainà ´ system.
For this challenge, we are looking for an analytical, organized person with great communication £o and a passion for technology and continuous improvement £o.

and attributions Ensure the continuous and efficient execution of customer operations; Act in solving demands and monitoring services; Support customer onboarding and deployment processes; Assist in the adoption of the platform and strengthening customer autonomy; Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization of processes; Contribute to operational scalability and continuous evolution of the area; Participate in internal projects, strategic initiatives and monitoring of OKRâs; Support the use of tools, processes and initiatives related to innovation and AI.
