For this, we are looking for the person who owns it: delivers, co-sells and documents our processes in such a way that they scale.

Supervise meta and Google Ads accounts:

Strategy, video briefings, static generation, reporting, scaling Set up and drive email marketing (Klaviyo or similar) Coordinate and implement shop and landing page optimizations Automate recurring tasks of customers with AI Pro customer clean project management, keep track of things without slipping through Actively develop existing customers: recognize what is needed next, propose and sell (cross and upsell) Transfer your processes as SOPs and video instructions to our knowledge base (Skool) Qualification 3–5 years of experience in an e-commerce agency or as a marketer in a D2C brand You know from practice what good ads, good shops, good copy and good landing pages look like and can assess and demand this, not just execute Solid project management: several customers in parallel, without anything lying around Securely in direct customer contact and with a flair for selling.
