Azurian, leader in strategic consulting and technological services in LatinAmerica, is in search of an Organizational Culture Consultant (Freelance) to join our team of professionals.

Purpose Of The Role Design, implement and strengthen organizational culture initiatives aligned with the business strategy, promoting a collaborative, innovative and sustainable growth-oriented work environment.

It will be responsible for accompanying the processes of cultural transformation derived from the expansion of the company, ensuring the integration of organizational values at all levels of the organization.

Main Functions Diagnose the state of the organizational culture through surveys, interviews, focus groups and indicator analysis.

Design and implement cultural strengthening plans aligned with the corporate strategy.

Lead change management initiatives associated with growth processes, digital transformation and expansion of the company.

Develop programs that promote the commitment, well-being and sense of belonging of employees.

Support the definition, communication and dissemination of organizational values.

Advise leadersand teams on matters of culture, leadership and employee experience.
