We are looking for your expertise as an HR Business Partner in Recruiting (m/f/d) to help shape the further expansion of our voluntary and professional structures and to drive our mission forward with passion.

Responsibility for the end-to-end recruiting process:

From screening to selection interviews to hiring.

Develop and implement new strategies to attract volunteer talent.

Building and maintaining a strong talent acquisition network.

Supervising and advising our volunteer members on HR-relevant issues.

Optimization and digitization of internal HR processes.

Responsible for onboarding and offboarding .

Ensuring compliance with operational regulations, guidelines and framework conditions.

Close cooperation with the Chief People Officer and the Executive Committee to implement the recruiting and growth strategy.
