In this position, you combine operational HR expertise with system-based thinking and business partnering.

You work closely with managers, supporting them with operational HR questions and helping to establish uniform processes in our MVZs.

You are responsible for operational and strategic HR issues in day-to-day business, actively supervise our HR systems and accompany our MVZs in administrative and organisational HR issues.
