Leadscape is a performance marketing agency from Frankfurt - we bring real estate agents across Germany plannable new owner inquiries via Meta & Google Ads.

Now we're looking for someone to take our social media presence to the next level.

Completely remote, flexible times, directly with the founders.

You don't need to bring a corporate resume - you need to understand how good content works today and be eager to build it.

Tasks You take over two areas – always with clear briefings from us:

Social media & content (your main job) You build Instagram posts, carousels and stories for our account You record reels & ad videos we brief and cut them You think in hooks:

You understand what makes people stop - and what floops You keep our feed consistent, fresh and in the brand look Sales support (the smaller part) You call interested parties from our pipeline and book appointments for our sales team Important:

You don't sell anything yourself - you only fill the calendars in a friendly way You maintain the contacts cleanly in the CRM qualification You already have a sense of marketing - you recognize why one post works and another doesn't.

No professional level, but also no zero point.

You live on Instagram & TikTok and know what's going on You can build content yourself - ideally with Figma , or a tool of your choice (Canva, CapCut, Photoshop - the main thing is you're sure of it) You're
