As Team Lead Global Talent Acquisition (m/f/d), you will shape our international recruiting strategy and build the talent acquisition of the future together with your team.

You currently manage seven employees (with prospects for further growth) and are part of our global people team.

Working directly with the Chief People & Governance Officer, you combine strategic foresight with operational excellence.

For key and management positions, you enter the recruiting process yourself if necessary and ensure that we recruit the right people for our ambitious goals.

Your responsibilities:

Global Talent Acquisition Strategy:

You further develop our global recruiting strategy along the company and growth goals and translate workforce planning into clear priorities and recruiting roadmaps.

Leadership & development of the team:

You lead and develop an international recruiting and employer branding team, strengthen cooperation, personal responsibility and excellence and also contribute operationally to important appointments.

Recruiting Excellence:
