<p>Full-time, from now on, unlimited, Berlin location</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Your responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>You are responsible for the entire recruiting process for all departments – from the preparation of the job profile and the publication of job advertisements to the successful filling of the open positions</li> <li>You are the first point of contact for all applicants and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire process – even with a high application volume</li> <li>You proactively manage interview processes, conduct telephone, virtual and personal interviews on your own responsibility and in cooperation with the departments, and obtain feedback</li> <li>You will always keep our Greenhouse application management system up to date, screen incoming applications and make an initial pre-selection of suitable candidates</li> <li>As an expert in talent acquisition, you will support the departments and hiring managers with expert knowledge and methods as a contact person for all topics relating to recruiting.
