About this role
A significant part of our growth comes from tax consultants, affiliates, resellers and strategic partnerships.
These channels have potential and we want to systematically make more of them.
As a Channel Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for marketing across our partner channels.
You work closely with those responsible for Sales, Business Development and Partner Management and ensure that partnerships do not only create contacts, but active partners, qualified leads and measurable sales.
You are not the person who writes a marketing plan for each channel and then passes it on.
You work directly with the channel owners, understand their goals and develop together with them the measures that actually make a difference.
Tasks Marketing across all channels You are the first point of contact for marketing questions about our partner channels.
You agree clear goals with those responsible for each channel and define what contribution marketing can make to this.
You analyze which measures are working and scale them through other partners and channels.
You translate requirements from sales and business development into concrete marketing measures, such as new partnerships, new target groups or when entering a new market.
Together with the channel owners, you develop repeatable marketing processes instead of individual actions.
Tax consultants and law firms An important part independently from the conception to the implementation to the evaluation.
You can derive specific marketing measures from sales and partner goals and implement them together with those responsible.
You have experience with campaigns across multiple channels and can evaluate their success based on leads, conversion, and sales.
You are confident in email marketing, especially with segmentation, campaign routes and evaluation.
You can create marketing materials for partners and sales that others can use directly in the customer conversation.
You have worked closely with sales, business development or partner management and understand how they work.
You are confident with CRM systems and marketing tools and can use data to evaluate actions and channels.
You work independently, bindingly and solution-oriented and bring topics to their goal even without detailed specifications.
You are fluent in business fluent in German.
You can safely use English to work with international partners.
Advantageous experience in the SaaS, software, FinTech or financial services environment.
Knowledge of tax consultancy, accounting or bookkeeping.
