Why this position exists Infinos is one of the largest telemedicine platforms for medical weight loss therapy in Germany.

We make a mid 7-digit annual turnover and have not taken any investor money to date.

Two founders, a team of around 8 people, thousands of patients that we accompany every month. I am Linus, one of the two founders, and so far I have largely made the creatives for our ads myself.

Marketing is growing faster than I can do anything else.

That is why I am looking for the person who will take over this area and expand it with us.

Turn them into testable concepts, each with a clear hypothesis and several hooks, and launch new ones every week.

Creatives build their own, especially with AI: statics, animations and cuts from existing material.

With us founders, our team and UGC creator, from briefing and script to acceptance.

Evaluate what is going on and derive the next round from it.
