Creative Strategist Social Ads (français natif)

Freelance — minimum 2 days/week Circles is a French brand DNVB dedicated to female hormonal balance, from puberty to menopause, with a range of dietary supplements and natural cosmetics and high-quality educational content.

Circles has already helped hundreds of thousands of customers with targeted and effective products, and is now present online and in pharmacies throughout France and other countries.

We are looking for a CREATIVE STRATEGIST SOCIAL ADS profile, both strategist and hands-on, to become Circles' second creative brain alongside the founding team.

The objective: to manage the creative strategy of our Meta and TikTok social ads, from customer insight to online creation, and to produce part of the creations internally with Claude Code and AI.

The position combines two dimensions: • Strategy: customer psychology, creative analysis, understanding of Meta Ads and media buying, monitoring and transmission of KPIs • Production: intensive use of Claude Code and AI, but also scripting, writing, filming and editing Your missions Creative strategy • Facilitate creative meetings with the media buying team and our creative strategy agencies • Manage our AI data studio and manage the creative KPIs • Analyze the performance of the creators and draw the next angles, hooks and formats to test • Collect the team's ideas and knowledge
