Creator Coach (m/w/d) - Social Media

Part-time | 100% remote | Option for full-time Do you know social media not only from theory, but have you already built up a community yourself? You know why some reels work and others barely get any range? And you enjoy sharing your knowledge and making other creators better? Then we are looking for you! For Picmondoo®, we are looking for a Creator Coach (m/f/d) to help our creators grow on social media, produce better content, and build their own community.

Tasks You coach our creators around Instagram, TikTok & Co.

You analyze their social media accounts and their content You show them what they can improve You develop strategies for more reach, followers and engagement together with them You provide feedback on reels, videos, hooks, storytelling and content ideas You convey understandably how social media algorithms and good content work You recognize trends and show our creators how they can use them for their accounts You help creators build their own style and an active community You follow the development of the accounts and derive concrete optimizations from them Qualification Practical experience is more important to us than any particular degree.
