Description The Naturida GmbH project is a growing, internationally active D2C company with several brands.

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Product Manager to manage our product portfolio, especially for our beauty brand Bionera, and to be responsible for products across all Naturida brands from idea to launch and beyond.

Control new products, from trend and market research to concept and business case to launch Labs and contract manufacturers Brief, control and negotiate existing products of all Naturida brands on the basis of reviews, sales data and margins: improve formula, packaging and claims, lower cogs without losing quality Coordinate compliance (Safety Assessment, PIF, CPNP, claims) with our partners Interface to marketing, Amazon and operations:

Plan launches and track the performance of your products Your profile At least 3 self-reliant product launches as a product manager or in a comparable role, ideally cosmetics, alternative supplements or FMCG Safe handling of cogs, margin and MOQ, verifiable with your own figures
